Viewed here is a modern building that has been integrated into a Victorian landmark of the ‘Black Country’ in the West Midlands near Wolverhampton.
The client required me to show how well the architects, planners and builders had retained parts of the old building – and thus maintaining a link with the past – whilst ensuring that the new ‘workers’ (Uni Students) were happy to work in such an environment.
I went all over the buildings – inside and out – and supplied about four dozen hi-res digital images to my client.
Note: In case you haven’t already spotted it on the first ‘photo the brewery in question is M&B (Mitchells & Butlers) that is still today producing fine ales and owns many public houses throughout the Midlands and beyond.
